If the problem still persists, please complete this repair form. We will review and reply to your request within 24 hours of receipt of this form.

If one of your newly purchased “Bell” hardware is defective, please contact Bell Technical Support for in depth trouble shooting 24/7 at 1-877-328-2123. If deemed to be a DOA, please have your defective device returned in time for us to process the DOA before the 15 day period has expired. The 15 day DOA period counts from the device activation date as well as shipping time in-between.

PLEASE NOTE:

If required, a loaner phone will be shipped to you. Please ship your phone promptly to WPCI. Place the defective phone and a copy of the repair form in the envelope and send it via your local courier. It is important that once you receive your loaner phone, you send in your defective phone phone for repair within ten business days.

It is also important that loaner phones be returned to WPCI within ten business days of receipt of your repaired phone. Failure to do so will result in the full value of the hardware being charged to you. Prior to sending your repaired phone, you will be asked to provide a personal credit card number that will be charged, should you not return the phone within ten business days.
